The Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) is the secretariat of the EEA and Norway Grants and reports to the foreign ministries of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

The FMO is currently recruiting an IT Officer. S/he will mainly be responsible for first line technical support, handling change orders, user management, managing the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and in general be responsible for the contact towards the main IT supplier/developer of the new documentation, reporting and information system (DoRIS) for the office. The successful candidate shall also prepare documentation needed for the continued development and also the rolling out of DoRIS for the users in close dialogue with the relevant stakeholders.

Applicants need to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, excellent knowledge in application development of Sharepoint 2010 and proven ability to manage and coordinate IT projects in a medium-size organization.
