Responsibilities
  • Monitor and execute production schedule of e-mail marketing communications, such as e-blasts and e-newsletters, on deadline
  • Assist Brand Activation Manager in crafting e-mail marketing communications materials
  • Track and compile monthly reports on sign-ups for various digital marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with internal team, especially the Individual Supporter Unit, and relevant external parties to execute roll out of digital marketing initiatives, as per the Brand Activation strategy
  • Work closely with Individual Supporter Unit to help ensure effective integration of the Sign-up database (Salsa) and Donor database (iMiS).
  • Contribute ideas at Marketing Department meetings on how to increase traffic and sign-ups via digital channels
  • Execute periodic training for staff in WWF-Malaysia, once in two months, so these staff members can independently upload materials for their respective project pages on wwf.org.my.


Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in website development and digital marketing. Relevant work experience would be an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Experience in web development and updating a Content Management System; understanding of HTML, XML, scripting languages
  • Basic knowledge of image editing application programs such as Photoshop
  • Strong interest in digital media
  • Basic knowledge of electronic direct marketing e-mail management (blasting and reporting), able to ensure that the correct data and content are deployed to each segment
  • Dedicated, able to meet deadlines, pro-active, positive and professional attitude, a good team-player
