Regional PSFR Officer (Leadership Giving - Asia and Pacific), P3

The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of the Leadership Giving programme for the Asia and Pacific region, in line with the Global Leadership Giving Strategy. The incumbent will be the focal point for Leadership Giving for offices in the Asia and Pacific region.

The position’s line manager will be the Senior Global PSFR Officer Asia and Pacific in Bangkok who is tasked with maintaining an organizational overview of all UNHCR offices with Private Sector Fund Raising (PSFR) operations and all National Associations in the region. The incumbent will work closely with the Chief of section Leadership Giving in London and the staff of the Thematic Project and Proposal development Unit if required for specific projects.

The PSFR Leadership Giving Officer will seek approval for the Asia and Pacific Leadership Giving plan and budget before the start of the year and once approved will be given the authority to manage the budget and agreed activities. Any significant deviation from the agreed plan or budget must first be approved by the Senior Global PSFR Officer Asia and Pacific.
