Global Branding Implementation Leader

The post-holder will lead a process to develop brand implementation guidelines and processes for the Partnership-approved global brand platform.
The role will evolve as the focus shifts from pilot projects through to global implementation.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders for Implementation plans.
    • Develop an extend brand implementation plan.
    • Manage a Partnership-wide implementation plan.
    • Create brand utilisation guidelines. Recommend modification implementation guidelines in response to ongoing learning.
    • Carry out additional responsibilities and projects as assigned, including administrative and planning functions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
    Required:
    • A solid background in marketing, communications or related business discipline, witnessed by professional qualifications or demonstrable track record of success.
    • An understanding of international development principles and methodologies and an empathy for people living amid poverty or oppression.
    • The post-holder should be in sympathy with World Vision’s Christian ethos and subscribe to the Partnership’s Statement of Faith. Experience in developing and implementing a brand which includes working with experts and stakeholders.
    • Experience in the development of marketing creative.
    Preferred:
    • Degree in Business Marketing or Communications.
    • Ability in creative development and analysis.
    • Ability to create accessible technical guidelines dealing with messaging creative and behaviour.
    • 5 to 7 years at senior level in marketing and communications.
