1. ERP Navision Functional Consultant - 2 positions
Job Location: Uganda
Required Experience: 2-5years.
Responsibility:
• Document business requirements, analyse impact of the changes, prepare functional specifications, technical specifications, develop, configure and perform unit tests as well as assists the users in the UAT phase
• Involve in implementing solutions, advising and supporting system users.
• Involve in project rollouts and implementations and in improvement projects to facilitate better usage of the system, as well as maintenance and support e-business environments by providing techno functional support of operational business implementations.
• Should conduct functional requirement definitions through analysis of current and targeted business processes
• Map requirements to Dynamics NAV functionality, Create project Documentation, Develop and conduct testing as per testing methodology
• Should manage the relationship and any contractual issues between consultants and client on a day to day basis
• Should implement Dynamics NAV per approved schedule and recommend effective solutions to the ERP system, processes and customization to suit company’s needs & implementation in Manufacturing or Finance domains.
Key skills required:
• Must be strong in SQL Server and reporting services with business analytics.
• Must be proficient in requirements gathering and definitions for enhancements.
• Should have exceptional troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong orientation to customer satisfaction.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computers or in the related area.
2. Business Development Manager (Infra) Microsoft solutions.
Duty station: Uganda
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and supervise the business development department responsible for acquisition of new projects and project bids.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Proactively develops and improve products and services by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
- Coordinate with sponsors concerning size, standards, conditions and timing of research.
- Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc. Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
- Planning and preparing presentations.
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.

- Overall 6+ experience in the industry with a minimum 3 years+ of experience in a Business Development Manager role.
- Qualifications: Preferably a post graduate with an IT back ground.
- Proven IT Solutions & Services sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets.
- Experience of managing multiple customers across geographies
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner.

- develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects. monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

7. Job Profile for Finance Manager
Job Purpose:
1. Support Financial Process in Techno Brain organization for assigned reporting units/ entities by optimizing systems and people resources.
2. Executing Transactional Accounting Services to assigned Solution, Training and BPO Unit(s) within region for “Transaction to Report” cycle and Ensure quality of Financial and Management information.
3. Ensure compliance to Group and BU Reporting standards as well as country statutory requirements and IFRS compliance.
4. Ensure timely completion of internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits & transfer pricing audits as applicable.
5. Ensure Timely and Accurate Management Report Flow
Major Accountabilities:
General Management

Accounting
• Provide/Manage Entire Accounting Services to assigned reporting unit(s).

• To ensure approval process with respect to cash & Bank Management, Procurement, Sales and Receivables transactions are complied with in accordance with company policies.
• Timely action and reporting on Receivables and Payables of the company.

• To ensure the accurate periodic MIS report for the unit
Compliance
• Ensure compliance to the local statutory Laws.
• Strive for Internal Control improvements, initiate simplification of the internal control set-up, while maintaining all the Risks under control in line with Techno Brain requirements,
• Compliance on the Various process as directed by HO.
• Compliance on the Internal Audit requirements

Qualification:
• Mcom/ICWAI – Inter/CA Inter with 5-6 years’ experience in the role of Finance Manager
• CA/ICWAI with 3-4 Years of Post qualification experience as Finance Manager
• Able to manage a team of 3-5 Members
