Marketing Executive QA Business School

We are looking for someone to join our Head Office in Slough. You will work with the Apprenticeship Engagement Manager to promote QA Apprenticeship programmes to employers. You will generate quality employer leads for the recruitment team through marketing campaigns and activity.
You will be involved in executing a variety of marketing activities and programmes including, e-shots, online inc, PR, advertising, publications and events on a national and regional basis positioning QA as the premium 'cutting edge' apprenticeship provider for businesses of all sizes.
Main Accountabilities/Responsibilities
  • Producing corporate and programme marketing materials for the employer audience
  • Developing employer recruitment campaigns - from idea generation to analysis
  • Working with the recruitment managers and corporate team to support the sales process
  • Supporting Corporate Business Development on launching new programmes to employers and supporting corporate recruitment campaigns
  • Website - increasing traffic and creating engaging content for employers whilst maximising search engine optimisation.
  • Email marketing - developing and implementing email marketing campaigns with QA and external data sources to generate leads and support the sales teams
  • CRM - track and report on activity success
  • Overseeing our social media activity for the employer/business market to generate sales leads and raise awareness inc LinkedIn
  • Identify and implement opportunities to cross promote apprenticeships with QA training sales and marketing
  • Developing partnerships and promotions with business networks and employer groups - nationally and regionally
  • PR - writing and issuing press releases and case studies to national and regional press
  • Events/Webex - identifying and co-ordinating internal and external events to for employer engagement
  • Research - overseeing all employer internal and external research including surveys and feedback
KPI'S
  • Volume of sales leads contributing to meet employer recruitment targets
  • Volume of employer contacts engaged with QA Apprenticeships, email, online social media
  • Delivery of projects to deadlines
  • Value for money - getting the most out of the budget by negotiating well
  • Analysis of results - ensure that our marketing efforts and spend are in the right place
Decision Making
  • Understand how marketing and their role impacts the business and the team
  • Ability to work independently and make sound day to day decisions.
  • Able to make decision and be accountable for them
  • Know when to refer to Engagement Manager for approval
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum of two years marketing experience in a B2B environment - recruitment or training sector experience desirable
  • Graduate calibre
  • Strong copywriting and proof reading skills are essential.
  • Experience of using website CMS, email and CRM systems
  • The ability to work under pressure managing multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • A excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • A confident and outgoing personality.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Basic In design skills desirable
  • LinkedIn desirable
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and team working skills.
  • The ability and desire to travel across the UK to support all regions.
