Programme Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor
Haywards Heath
£35,000 per annum
This exciting new role is based in the Programme Development Team, a unit within Sightsavers’ Programme Operations Directorate.
You will ensure that programme-level employees have the necessary tools, resources and support to develop and implement robust programme-level monitoring and evaluation (PM&E). Managing the collation, analysis and dissemination of Sightsavers global output statistics; you will also provide technical input and guidance to the development of an electronic programme management information system.
Naturally, you will have demonstrable success in supporting programme-level M&E at a distance and across continents, as well as experience in contributing to funding proposals to institutional and other major donors.
You will need high-level analytical skills, and experience in developing operational guidance materials, as well as experience of successfully developing and effectively reviewing project planning documents and processes. Finally, you will need to be able to effectively communicate with teams and individuals across the whole organisation. Some international travel will be required.
