Description
As an analyst you will be responsible for a portfolio containing American Express’ largest European and global customers.
The prime objective of the role is to support the Global Client Group team to enable them to focus on CV growth related activities.
Duties include the following (this list is not exhaustive):
  •  implementation of new products (CC, CMC, BTA and CPS) in new clients and business groups
  •  activity following client divestments/acquisitions
  •  attendance at client meetings, roadshows or seminars
  •  client programme performance analysis
  •  acting as point of contact for some client programme administrators as appropriate
  •  @work user set-ups
  • managing vap tool requests
  • set-up and tracking of new accounts and management of client hierachies
  • production of reps reporting as per client or ADM requirements
  •  liason with operations to resolve ad-hoc client issues
  •  support in the production of documentation for account reviews
