Description: In this position you will develop your project management and technical skills as you take on assignments with mentorship from the Virtual Programs Administrator. We are looking for a creative, detail oriented individual with excellent writing skills, who will produce and update digital learning materials to support engaging online learning.

The successful candidate will be working on updating existing HTML websites, developing new HTML websites, writing and creating learning objects such as games, videos and activities, creating digital media resources and working closely with subject matter experts for developing online courses.

This position is up to 20 hours a week between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. We are willing to accommodate schedules and create a flexible work schedule for your needs. We can accommodate a vacation absence if it is planned in advance.

Qualifications: Technical proficiency and experience in web development (HTML, CSS, and Adobe Dreamweaver)
Experience with Adobe Flash and ActionScript a bonus but not necessary.
Video recording and editing.
Ability to learn new technical skills through self-directed effort, when required, in order to meet project deliverables.
Design and develop e-learning courses using both instructor-led and computer-based training delivery methods.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), web developers and other team members involved in designing curriculum to create and deliver a diverse mix of educational programs in live and enduring formats, using a variety of delivery methods including interactive and multimedia formats.
Edit, revise, and review currently developed course materials.
Consult with Subject Matter Expert to provide guidance and feedback on developing effective and interactive classroom and online course materials using pre-existing templates.
Strong time management and organization skills.

Salary: $15.00 per hour
