Working especially on EU technical assistance contracts, we build public sector capacity, in countries ranging from Malawi to Kosovo to the Philippines, helping our partners to deliver exceptional results. We are seeking outstanding candidates for roles as:
Engagement Managers
Your role is to ensure Human Dynamics remains at the forefront of international development. You will manage our relationship with our clients, while helping us to develop future opportunities.
With specialist knowledge in a development context of one of our key thematic areas, including climate change, water, energy, human rights, the rule of law and good governance and an advanced relevant degree, you have an extensive background working in policy, especially at the EU, and/or in managing complex international projects, with excellent commercial acumen and superior leadership skills.
Senior Associates
Your responsibility is to act as project manager for our teams in the field, helping deliver real change and a lasting legacy, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You will have an advanced degree, 3-5 years relevant professional experience either in project management or in environmental, economic, social or legal policy work, and good commercial acumen. You will have a good understanding of the challenge of working in development. Fluency in English is essential. International experience and knowledge of relevant languages, especially French, is an advantage. Senior Associates
