Fundraiser / Manager Investor Relations Amsterdam

Triple Jump is looking to recruit an experienced Investor Relations Manager to assist with fundraising and investor relations. Triple Jump has been going through a substantial growth period and is now looking to broaden its product offering in the impact investing environment.

Triple Jump is an independent responsible investment manager focused on impact investing in emerging markets. We are headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with regional offices in Georgia, Peru and Mexico. Triple Jump targets financial sector development and invests in institutions that service the bottom of the pyramid. Triple Jump offers professional fund management services to investors, ranging from asset selection, to portfolio management to fund administration. Thanks to mandates from multiple investors Triple Jump can provide services to financial intermediaries in all stages of their development. Triple Jump investees range from NGOs receiving their first funding, all the way to regulated banks which intermediate savings and serve hundreds of thousands of borrowers in developing countries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our fundraising and investor relations efforts and will work closely with Triple Jump senior management to develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors.

1.       Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·         Identifying and targeting key investors for fundraising, including Development Financial Institutions, foundations, banks, pension funds, and other institutional investors globally;

·         Initiating and executing the capital raising cycle from initial contact to closing on Triple Jump products, both through direct contact with prospective investors, and by coordinating the contacts of other Triple Jump staff with prospective investors;

·         Interfacing with placement agents to raise capital;

·         Preparing and updating fundraising materials, including investor presentations, research reports, and due diligence questionnaires;

·         Responding to requests for information and requests for proposals from existing and potential investors;

·         Generating leads, coordinating communications, and attending meetings with, prospective investors;

·         Maintaining the firm’s profile by participating directly in the firm’s attendance at conferences, speaking engagements, seminars, etc.;

2.       Qualifications

·         Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a (responsible) asset management company;

·         Established investor network in the SRI community, predominantly with Development Financial Institutions, government agencies and (family)foundations;

·         Self-starter with an ability to work independently;

·         Can do mentality, service oriented, able to perform pressure, teamplayer;

·         Excellent relationship management, commercial and follow-up skills;

·         Solid background in creating and editing client presentations, including use of MS PowerPoint and Excel;

·         Excellent communication skills, fluency in English both orally and in writing;

·         Ideally the candidate has experience with fund structuring.
