Triple Jump Executive Assistant


Triple Jump is a responsible investment management company headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with regional offices in Georgia, Peru, Mexico and Thailand. Thanks to mandates from multiple different sponsors and investors Triple Jump can provide services to financial institutions in all stages of their development. Triple Jump investees range from NGOs receiving their first funding, all the way to regulated banks which intermediate savings and serve hundreds of thousands of borrowers in developing countries.
Due to continued growth and expansion of the scope Triple Jump is looking for a versatile and independent Executive Assistant, to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Directors and generally assist in the day to day running of the Executive office. 

1.                  Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant is expected to provide comprehensive secretarial support to include, but not be limited to:
·         support Executive Directors in daily activities
·         preparing and scheduling meetings of the Executive Directors
·         diary management of Executive Directors
·         coordinate information and overviews for presentations and reports
·         managing reporting deadlines
·         managing information, screening, referrals and handle phone calls and incoming correspondence, taking own initiative adding required information for processing
·         preparing, receiving and guiding visitors
·         travel and accommodation arrangements
·         filing
·         taking minutes of meetings

2.                  Job requirements

  • HBO graduate
  • Minimum 3 years experience preferably in international business and professional environment
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken), preferably also in Spanish
  • Located in or near Amsterdam
  • Experience in working with MS office packages (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
