International Communications Volunteer
DURATION: 3 days per week for up to 3 months (flexible)

This volunteer role with ActionAid is a great opportunity to use your coordination skills and interest in communications in a major international charity while gaining valuable work experience and playing a part in helping to build a fair and just world where everyone can claim their rights.
Join us and you will support two busy and experienced teams working in an international environment to ensure our voice is firmly on the global agenda. This will mean getting ‘stuck in’ on a range of digital, research and video projects. You will be involved in supporting the production of the new central resource in our ‘Comms Hub’ and researching blogs, social media and other sources of information on our key campaign areas as well as media managing existing video productions. We can promise a range of interesting projects that will help develop your skills and broaden your experience.
You’ll be the kind of person who has an interest in communications/marketing, is highly organised and possesses good PC skills. Excellent at multitasking you will also be a strong team player who is able take the initiative and prioritise work- loads when needed.
