Job Role Responsibilities and Major Activities
  • Develop and manage market KPI’s (Marketing Dashboard) and tracking metrics for specific products.
  • Deliver market assessments for new product launches and development of business case including commercial planning.
  • Inform campaign targeting / marketing mix and provide ROI analysis on marketing campaigns.
  • Lead research projects based on specific marketing issues.
  • Tracking research.
  • New product launches.
  • Customer & channel segmentation.
  • Customer retention.
  • Pricing and channel strategy.
  • Provide reviews of competitor strategy / tactics and develop remediation options where required.
Interpersonal skills:
  • Able to self-motivate and set delivery framework.  Good team and co-working skills.
  • Strong communicator across both marketing and business teams.
  • Able to remain objective under pressure.

Background & Profile
  • Strong strategy background with excellent commercial skills and judgement.
  • Able to identify, interpret and correlate varying data sources – customer data, macro economic data, competitive activity, channel activity etc.
  • Advanced understanding of statistical models and analytical techniques.
  • Exposure to the technology and Internet marketplace with experience of developing marketing strategy in this environment.
  • Strong exposure to market research techniques and methods.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that persuade and influence internal teams.
  • Degree education, with relevant degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Advanced ability to analyse data and formulate effective planning.
  • Professional and highly credible.
  • Focus on attention to detail.
