Job Role Responsibilities and Major Activities
- Develop and manage market KPI’s (Marketing Dashboard) and tracking metrics for specific products.
- Deliver market assessments for new product launches and development of business case including commercial planning.
- Inform campaign targeting / marketing mix and provide ROI analysis on marketing campaigns.
- Lead research projects based on specific marketing issues.
- Tracking research.
- New product launches.
- Customer & channel segmentation.
- Customer retention.
- Pricing and channel strategy.
- Provide reviews of competitor strategy / tactics and develop remediation options where required.
Interpersonal skills:
- Able to self-motivate and set delivery framework. Good team and co-working skills.
- Strong communicator across both marketing and business teams.
- Able to remain objective under pressure.

Background & Profile
- Strong strategy background with excellent commercial skills and judgement.
- Able to identify, interpret and correlate varying data sources – customer data, macro economic data, competitive activity, channel activity etc.
- Advanced understanding of statistical models and analytical techniques.
- Exposure to the technology and Internet marketplace with experience of developing marketing strategy in this environment.
- Strong exposure to market research techniques and methods.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills that persuade and influence internal teams.
- Degree education, with relevant degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Advanced ability to analyse data and formulate effective planning.
- Professional and highly credible.
- Focus on attention to detail.
