  • Handle customer enquiries and challenges in our state-of-the-art Customer Care Center, or one of our walk-in Centers.
Information Technology
  • Design and deploy internal IT systems to improve efficiency.
  • Handle and support employee IT challenges across the country.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of IT systems.
Human Resources
  • Attract and hire exceptional women and men across the country and around the world who want to make a difference.
  • Build capacity through training programs that maximize potential.
  • Develop programs that support employee growth.
Technology
  • Design and deploy our extensive GSM network across Afghanistan.
  • Develop strategic relationships with our technical partners.
  • Build technology roadmaps with our network partners.
 Finance & Administration
  • Manage Roshan's budget and finances.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships.
