Job description

To better serve our clients active in cultural and creative industries, CSPH International is looking to bolster its team by recruiting an experienced public affairs professional to join the firm as Senior Consultant. The post would be located in Brussels.

The tasks of the Senior Consultant will be principally to:

• Increase outreach to the European Parliament as well as creating links with their offices;
• Support coalition work done by CSPH International in the field of creative industries in Europe, including trade unions and employers;
• Cover major political constituents in Eastern Member States, notably Poland, Hungary and Romania.

As such we are looking for an experienced professional that has the following track record:

• Experience of working in or with European Institutions, particularly in relation to the European Parliament;
• Experience of interacting with delegations and political groups from Central & Eastern European countries active in Brussels;
• Academic degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law or related discipline;
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and one central European language (Polish, Romanian, Hungarian).

The following skills are not mandatory but are keenly sought:

• Knowledge of EU IP law;
• Good working knowledge of French and/or German.
