European Aluminium Association (EAA), a European trade association representing the aluminium industry in Europe, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

The tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Organisation and coordination of meetings/telephone conferences (invitations, management of participants, lunch orders, preparation of meeting files);
  • Organisation of workshops and events;
  • Hotel and travel arrangements, restaurant reservations;
  • Supervision of office/kitchen supplies;
  • Distribution of incoming mail, back-up for central phone line;
  • Other administrative tasks as requested by the team members.

Profile

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar job;
  • Is able to multi-task, able to prioritise and flexible in approach;
  • Well-organized, a good team member;
  • Precise, detail-oriented;
  • Self-starter and able to anticipate;
  • Has good communication and customer service skills.

Skills

Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…), able and willing to learn to use databases and other tools.

Languages

Fluent in English (written and spoken), has good knowledge of French. Any other European language is an asset.
