Job Summary

​Due to continued growth we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing & Communications Advisor to join our regional marketing team based in St Leonards. In this newly created role, you will report directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager for the ANZ Region and have an integral role in providing outstanding services and support to stakeholders in the NSW/ACT Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Drive the marketing function within the NSW/ACT Division through the delivery of key initiatives to drive a client focused culture;
  • Drive the marketing function within the Division with a focus on excellence;
  • High level of stakeholder engagement with internal and external clients to ensure the marketing teams initiatives are met and exceeded;
  • Supervise one Marketing & Communications Advisor with a focus to delivering the best customer service possible to our people as well as facilitating professional development;
  • Facilitate strategies for critical bids/proposals to ensure return on investment;
  • Manage and develop improvements to the NSW/ACT Divisions bid/proposal preparation process;
  • Proactively champion the Cardno brand for the Division through the development and promotion of marketing campaigns;
  • Undertake major marketing and communications projects in consultation with the Marketing & Communications Manager;
  • Ensure cost controls are put in place and are tracked for any marketing and communications initiatives.

Other Requirements

  • ​Degree level qualification in the field of Marketing, Communication or Commerce;
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications within a multidiscipline professional services environment;
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills to manage internal and external client expectations in regard to marketing and communications initiatives;
  • High level competence in MS Office 2010, CS Creative Suite and SharePoint content management systems;
  • Strong commercial acumen to determine priorities within an environment of competing deadlines;
  • Well-developed organisational skills to efficiently manage your time and set the direction to the NSW/ACT Division team.
