Job Summary

Having recently achieved rapid growth in our education portfolio, Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking interested consultants, across a range of specialities within the education sector, for long and short term assignments on current and upcoming programs.
Key Responsibilities
Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified specialists who have advised education agencies in developing country contexts in one or more of the following areas:
- Education Project Management and Team Leadership

- Literacy and Numeracy

- School-based Management
- School Infrastructure Development
- Higher Education
- Skills Development
- Social Protection and Education
- ICT and / or Education Management Information Systems (EMIS)
- Finance, Grants and Procurement Management
- Human Resources Management
- Child Protection and Counselling
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Quality Assurance
- Capacity Development
Other Requirements
