Qualification

and skills

• MSc/MPH in public health management including data management;

• Fluency in English both written and oral;

• Proven communication and presentation skills as well as excellent

report writing skills.

Professional

experience

• At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of health

sector management and institutional reform;

• Expertise in reproductive or maternal and child health;

• Good knowledge of social sector development with prior experience

in conducting assessments related to the health system in India;

• Working experience in the region; and prior professional experience

in India and familiarity with the local public institutional setup would

be an important asset;

• Familiarity and experience with EU budget support operations,

particularly with eligibility requirements would be a clear asset.
