• Managing our relationships with former Smith fellows.
• Mentoring current Smith fellows. This includes serving as an advisor to them as they decide on their research efforts, and career prospects.
• Managing the formal and informal activities for the Adam Smith Fellows. This includes but is not limited to planning and hosting workshops and seminars, as well as informal interaction and mentoring. Workshops and seminar occur four times a year, with three weekends during academic year and one week in the summer.
• Assisting with evaluating potential and current students, ensuring that students have what they need to be successful in the program, tracking and measuring progress, and representing results to relevant stakeholders.
