Description
- Team Leader: The International resident advisor with expertise in organizational administration issues and public information campaigns
- Key Physician Expert: physiotherapists or those with social insurance experience in work injury and return to work expertise familiarity or experience in using ICF Core Sets in a clinical setting is a plus
- Key Pediatrician Expert or child development specialist
- Lawyer / Legal Expert
- Short term expert in the categories: training, finance, research, health/medical, IT.
The proposed team members should cover the criteria below:
- Advanced degree in social work, economics or public health policy
- Experience in management or consultancy in the area of policies concerning people with disabilities and special needs;
- Demonstrated capacity to work with government officials and technical staff
- Evidence of in-depth knowledge of the issues relating to the definition of disability.
- Fluency in English language is mandatory. Working knowledge of Azeri or Russian would be an advantage;
- Excellent writing skills. Please provide either a list of publications or a short example of a finished official product
