SkyMediator is specialized in helping airline passengers who have been affected by the cancellation, overbooking or serious delay of their flight to obtain compensation, in light of the fact that only 0.1% of passengers obtain compensation without such assistance.

Over 100,000 passengers have already put their trust in us to represent them, and it is the testimonials from former clients that drive our expansion today.

As a result of this rapid development, the company now wishes to enlarge its legal department. To this end, we are currently looking for a legal expert to take charge of our customer service section, based in Vientiane, Laos.

Offer description

You will be joining a recently created company whose ambition is to be the best representative for victims of airline problems (cancellations, delay, overbooking, for more information see our website:http://www.skymediator.com). From the start you will have a key role and will be in charge of multiple missions.

Key responsibilities

•  Inform airline passengers about their rights in case of cancellation, delay or overbooking
•  Check whether the clients are eligible for SkyMediator’s services
•  Administrative and legal monitoring of claims received in connection with the law office
•  Manage a portfolio of clients
•  Lead a team
•  Legal intelligence briefings

Training will be provided by the company.

Position requirements

•  Priotity goes to candidates who are bilingual English/French or German/French or German/English or Italian/French or Italian/English
•  A 3rd language would be an asset
•  Master’s degree in Law
•  At least one year of experience in the legal sector
•  Familiar with litigation procedures
•  Job based in Vientiane, capital of Laos. Visa provided
•  Available immediately
•  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and orally
•  Independent
•  Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
