Job Summary

Cardno Emerging Markets is currently recruiting for an upcoming regional anti-human trafficking program in South East Asia. With the Regional Office in Bangkok, this program will work in Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Vietnam and the Philippines with the goal of reducing the incentives and opportunities for trafficking of persons in South East Asia.
The Country Program Office Assistant / Driver for the Philippines will assist the Country Program Coordinator and Country Program Finance and Admin Manager in a range of activities which may include administration, finances, logistics, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Specific activities may include:
Administrative tasks:
  • Attend to office filing and record maintenance
  • Reception duties
  • Assist at trainings with photocopying and binding of documents; supervising the arrangement of the training/meeting venue; liaison with the venue manager
  • Make appointments, travel reservations, confirm appointments
  • Establish and maintain an inventory of essential office consumables
  • Any other tasks as set by the Country Program Coordinator or the Country Program Finance and Admin Manager
As a Driver:
  • Drive the project staff members to various location as requested by the project activities;
  • Record vehicle kilometre usage and other information in the vehicle Log book and manage and organize daily car budget
  • Vehicle maintenance

​​This position will be based in Manila, is full-time (2 year contract with a 3 month probationary period). This position is a locally engaged position.
