Società Italiana di Monitoraggio SpA (SIM-SpA)  has been managing framework contracts for more than 15 years and has developed an extensive experience in providing expertise all over the world.

SIM-SpA is preparing the next round of Framework Contract Beneficiaries due to start in August 2013 to August 2015, with possible extension up to August 2017.

The objective of Framework contracts is to provide short-term operational services on the spot in all technical sectors covered by external aid for the benefit of third countries receiving European Commission external aid.

SIM-SpA is thus seeking for consultants available for short-term assignments worldwide for Trade, Standards and Private Sector (LOT 10).
