Join our action to end poverty now and be part of something truly amazing.
We want you to plan and deliver a number of high budget supporter recruitment campaigns across fundraising channels such as DRTV, direct mail and telemarketing to achieve ambitious annual fundraising targets. We’re looking to recruit significant supporter numbers to add to the £48 million of income our individual giving product portfolio represents. Based on your analysis of past campaigns, you’ll develop direct marketing programmes that grow our supporter base and increase our income. You’ll be adept at controlling budgets as well as managing suppliers so that they produce the best work for us. This will involve working closely with colleagues in other areas of our organisation to ensure we have consistently high quality, integrated campaigns that support our position and branding.
It is essential you have experience of working on fundraising campaigns where you will have gained expertise in planning and managing successful integrated individual giving direct marketing campaigns, preferably to a cold audience. You must be skilled at managing and motivating telemarketing agencies, printers and mailing houses. You also need to be able to interpret market research and apply its findings. A classic direct marketer, you’ll be used to reporting and forecasting against plans and budgets, optimising campaigns and monitoring effectiveness as well as sharing learning.
