Background Information

TechSoup is social enterprise working towards the time when every civil society organization on the planet has the technology resources and knowledge it needs to operate in its full potential Through our international headquarters in Warsaw and our network of partners, we support civil society in every country across Europe, including every European Union member state, the Balkans, Turkey and the Caucasus.
The main audience and beneficiary of TechSoup is the civil society: NGOs and activists struggling to make this world a better place. The content and the language of our educational materials should always be adjusted in a way that embraces the nuances and struggles of social work.
Trainings, webinars and articles aside, TechSoup educational approach encompasses building communities of practice composed of NGO representatives, experts and technologists. We do this in both Poland and Europe. To learn more about TechSoup community building projects read about the Things and Community boost_r projects or come to one of the Warsaw NetWtorek meetings.
