Internal Auditor EMEA
Sandvik is een internationale industriƫle groep met geavanceerde toonaangevende producten in verschillende gebieden - gereedschappen voor het snijden van metaal, apparatuur en gereedschappen voor de mijnbouw en de bouwsector, roestvrij materialen, speciale legeringen, metalen en keramische weerstand materialen evenals processystemen . In 2015 had de groep ongeveer 46.000 medewerkers en vertegenwoordiging in 150 landen, met een jaarlijkse omzet van ongeveer 91.000 miljoen SEK.
De interne audit functie draagt bij tot het succes van de wereldwijde financiele organisatie en strategie van Sandvik. Centraal in dit success staat de effectiviteit van het operationele model. Deze effectiviteit wordt bereikt door het leveren van transparante zekerheid aan het Audit Committee, Management, en belanghebbenden.
JOUW ROL
Het jaarlijkse audit plan voor de EMEA-regio in rekeing houdende, zal de interne auditor als belangrijkste taak ondersteuning bieden in de levering van operational audits van hoge kwaliteit. aarnaast zal de interne auditor de EMEA Audit Manager helpen en ondersteunen met werkzaamheden die binnen de internal audit scope vallen.
Omdat Sandvik in meer dan 130 landen gevestigd is, moet de kandidaat bereid zijn om internationaal te reizen (tot 75%) en tijd door te brengen in de verschillende Sandvik kantoren (Ongeveer 3 weken per audit). Het internationale karakter van deze functie draagt bij tot het afleveren van audit rapporten van hoge kwaliteit.
JOUW PROFIEL
Als auditor beschik je over de volgende technische vaardigheden en kennis:
• Grondige kennis van interne / operationele audit procedures, inclusief risico gebaseerde planning en interne audit methoden.
• Grondige kennis van Finance/ IT / OtC / PtP processen.
• Uitstekende Excel en analytische vaardigheden
• Grondige kennis van interne / operationele audit procedures, inclusief risico gebaseerde planning en interne audit methoden.

Jouw zakelijke kennis en vaardigheden bestaan uit:

• Ervaring met het werken op het hoofdkantoor van een multinational of bij een grote consultancy partij.

The internal audit function is an integral part for the success of Global Operational Finance and Sandvik’s strategy, by ensuring that Sandvik’s operating model is designed and operating effectively. This is achieved by delivering transparent assurance to the Audit Committee, Management, stakeholders and by providing relevant improvement recommendations to the business.
YOUR ROLE
The internal auditor will as a main task support in the delivery of high quality operational audits according to the yearly audit plan for (especially) the EMEA region. Furthermore the internal auditor will assist and support the EMEA Audit Manager located in Amsterdam with any requirements that are in scope of the internal audit work.
The candidate will be based in Amsterdam, but must be able to travel extensively internationally (more than 75% of your time). As Sandvik is represented in more than 130 countries the internal auditors will have to spend significant time at the local business site (approximately 3 weeks per audit) to be able to produce first-rate audit reports.
YOUR PROFILE
As an auditor, you possess the following technical skills and knowledge:
• Thorough knowledge of internal/operational audit procedures, including risk-based planning and internal audit methods.
• Thorough Finance/ IT/OtC/PtP and other process knowledge.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
