Description

Qualifications and skills:

• University Degree in a subject relevant to the project. (Law, Economics, HRM, Forensic Accounting).
• Computer literacy (minimum: Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working in a team.
• Fluency in oral and written English.

General professional experience:

• 10 years experience in the reform of institutions in transition countries.
• Previous working experience in the EU Associated countries, candidate countries, or accession Countries is an asset.

Specific professional experience:

• Specific experience in introducing good European practices in the fight against corruption (requirements from the Justice &Fundamental Rights chapter in EU accession negotiations, Council of Europe's GRECO practice; etc.)
