POSITION: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Business Times Limited ,publishers of Business Times,Majira,Dar Leo and spoti starehe Newspaper ,is inviting dynamic ,result oriented men and women to fill one vacancy of finance and Administration Manager existing in Finance and Administration Department .He/she will report to the General Manager and be answerable for Accounting and finance ,Human Resources and Administration as well as information and communication Technology, sections details of the vacancy are provide below:
1) QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1.1 Minimum Qualifications
• CPA(T),ACA,ACCA
• Master Degree or equivalent in Administration/management, Human Resources Management ,or social SCIENCES
• At least 3 years experience as finance and Administration Manager in a reputable organization.
1.2 Other Attributes
• Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Honesty and intertie
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
2) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accuracy and timeliness of accounting as well as operating reports
• Sound finances management
• Clear and sound administrative and operating procedures
• Efficient electronic and communication facilities
• Safety and proper utilization of company resources/assets
• Staff productivity and efficiency
• Human Resources Development and staff welfare
• Clear Audit Reports
• Adequate provision of supplies and support services to all departments all the time.
3) REMUNERATION
