PROVISION OF RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES

The Catering and Tourism Development Levy Trustees (CTDLT) invites sealed proposals from eligible firms for consultancy services to provide recruitment and selection services for a period of two years.

Only proposals meeting the criteria below, which must demonstrate by producing relevant evidence at the time of submitting the proposals will be considered;

• Registration certificate / memorandum & articles of association, current KRA tax compliance certificate,
• Demonstrate experience in undertaking recruitment services for at least three clients within the last three years. This should be shown by attaching copies of the assignment award letters or contract document from previous assignments,
• Have a competent and qualified staff to handle the assignment. The firm must therefore show proof of having TWO key resource personnel with not less than five (5) years experience in handling recruitment assignments. Copies of the CVs must be attached for the proposed staff who will be handling the assignment.

Qualifying firms shall be issued with Request For Proposal (RFP) documents containing the full scope of services necessary to facilitate detailed technical and financial bidding after payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs 3,000/- Cash or Bankers Cheque payable to Catering and Tourism Development Levy Trustees.

Interested firms should submit their proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the words “PROVISION OF RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES – RFP NO. CTDLT/001/2010 – 2011 and addressed to:
