''TRANSFORMING RESIDENTIAL INSTITUTIONS FOR CHILDREN AND DEVELOPING
SUSTAINABLE ALTERNATIVES''

UNICEF consultant will be responsible for evaluation of the final results
and achievements of the project in relation to the project log frame and
evaluation of the contribution of the project to the implementation of the
Social Welfare Development Strategy.
