| Duties: The successful applicant will be required to teach Theatre Studies as well as general literature courses; participate in students’ stage productions; conduct research; and provide service. In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate shall perform such other duties as the Head of Department may assign to them from time to time. Requirements: As well as holding a Bachelors degree in which Theatre or English was studied as a major, with a pass of at least 2(ii) and an overall aggregate of 65%, applicants should have a Masters degree in Theatre Studies. Applicants should also show evidence of engagement in research and service. Possession of a doctoral degree in Theatre Studies and university teaching experience would be an added advantage.
