Recruitment Advisor - Granny Smith Australia
Barrick is headquartered in Toronto, Canada and has 27 mining operations with many advanced exploration projects located across 5 continents and a large number of tenements located on some of the most prolific and prospective mineral trends. Seven of Barrick's mining operations are found within the Australia Pacific region, with its regional head office located in Perth, Western Australia
We are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment professional to join our internal recruitment team at an exciting time of growth.
This role will bring lots of variety as you will be responsible for recruiting a range of both white/blue collar roles for our Granny Smith site located in Western Australia. Using your advanced knowledge of innovative search methodologies you will successfully manage the full end to end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and building talent pool supported by a Recruitment Administrator to assist with arranging medicals and reference checks. As part of the role you will be expected to travel to site on a regular basis which will enable you to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and team focused individual who has experience managing a large volume of recruitment in an internal recruitment team within a professional services environment. You will demonstrate a continuous improvement focus, advanced communication skills, formal training in best practice selection techniques and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload whilst maintaining a high level of performance.
