Sales Support Executive (Front office)

Sales Support Executive
(Front office)

Job description:
The Sales Support Executive will be part of a dedicated GDF-team. GDF stands for Global Drug Facility. In 2007 IDA Foundation was selected as Procurement Agent for the GDF second-line tuberculosis drugs. The job entails day-to-day first line customer contact, with a focus on providing excellent service.

Position in the organisation:

Reports functional to the Program Manager.

Reports operational to the Manager Front Office.

Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Day-to-day contact (mainly with the GDF) throughout the entire supply chain from quotation to receipt of payment
  • Monitoring progress throughout the entire supply chain:
  1. Drawing up quotations, including realistic delivery planning
  2. Confirming and following up orders; remaining continuously aware of the status of the orders to be able to proactively provide information to the GDF
  3. Complaints management
  4. Contract management
  5. Interdepartmental cooperation (Purchase Department - IDA India Office)

Requirements:

  • MBO+ level of education
