Position description Real Estate Manager has overall accountability for real estate portfolio, workplace solutions and facility services in Eastern Mediterranean & Africa.

Real Estate Manager needs to understand the business needs to workplace environment and is responsible for customer satisfaction within Eastern Mediterranean & Africa.
Real Estate Manager has responsibility for financial planning, cost control and achieving corporate real estate KPIs within Eastern Mediterranean & Africa.

Location: Eastern Mediterranean & Africa
Responsibilities • Manage Customer Relationship with local businesses
• Negotiate and Secure Outsourced contracts for operational support.
• Manage, execute and ensure facility maintenance quality of service and programs
• Site selection/Lease negotiations according to Business Unit needs and in accordance to Corporate Policies
• Energy/Utilities
o Supplier selection where applicable
o Efficiency/improvements
• Manage any local facilities staff
• Manage and execute expansion/construction/renovation projects
• Internal office moves/re-organization according to CRE workplace concepts
• Space management and mapping according to Business needs
• Local execution and reporting of CRE KPI’s
• Support CRE development support in excess facility disposition
• Optimize space usage while ensuring cost effectiveness
• Preparation and follow-up of budgets
o Operating
o CAPEX
• Identify and develop all opportunities for bundling of site services
• Secure national/area services contracts where applicable
• Continuous improvement of related processes
Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Administration and at least 5 years related experience in Facilities Management or Real Estate management/administration/negotiation.

Languages: written and spoken English and French is an advantage
