For our Team Ancillary Systems (within Research & Development 2-stroke ship engines) we are looking for a Design & Development Engineer Structural Steelwork.

Responsibilities	- Develop and design steel structures and steel structure components for new engine developments - Support team with structural analysis experience - Perform steel structure calculations (FEM) - Perform conceptual design studies - Design steel structures with 3D CAD system NX Ideas6 - Manage drawing preparation - Perform quality control of finalized drawings - Support to develop working procedures and guidelines to streamline development process
Requirements	- MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 5 years experience in design and development of steel structures - Good command of English and German - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Highly motivated and willing to learn fast - Comfortable with working in a multicultural environment
