In Sierra Leone we work in every chiefdom, empowering young people nationwide to lead the development of their country through innovative youth-led programmes with impressive results. We were selected NGO of the Year in 2009 and enjoy strong partnerships with government, development partners and civil society.

This is an exciting role for someone with proven senior management experience to drive forward our strategy in Sierra Leone. Acting as an ambassador for our work, you will represent Restless Development at the highest national levels and have a strong track record of developing strategic alliances. You will keep our values at the forefront of all we do, lead strategic growth, and ensure consistent high standards in the delivery of all programmes, operations and finances.

You will have the outstanding communication abilities necessary to work collaboratively with your management team, staff, partners and international team to lead Restless Development’s direction and growth to new heights.
