Head Finance & Control


40 hours per week, Amsterdam

Triple Jump is an investment management company headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with regional offices in Georgia, Peru and Mexico. Triple Jump targets financial sector development and invests in institutions that service the bottom of the pyramid. Triple Jump offers professional fund management services to investors, ranging from asset selection, to portfolio management to fund administration. Thanks to mandates from multiple different sponsors and investors Triple Jump can provide services to financial institutions in all stages of their development. Triple Jump investees range from NGOs receiving their first funding, all the way to regulated banks which intermediate savings and serve hundreds of thousands of borrowers in developing countries.

Tasks
As Head Finance & Control at Triple Jump, you are responsible for:

· Fund administration and financial reporting to clients (fund sponsors)

· the team of 6 (financial) administrators

· optimizing business processes plus documentation and audit of the processes

· relationship with auditors and service organisation control report (ISEA 3402- II)

· treasury management

· reporting and interpreting company financial results

· Triple Jump adminstration


Job requirements

· HBO / WO level including relevant additional certificates

· minimum 5 years experience as a controller or similar function

· experience with the administration of investment funds

· at least 5 years managerial experience

· knowledge of treasury and financial products

· profound knowledge of the English language
