Mama Cash is looking for a Director of Programmes, 36 hours a week.
Mama Cash is seeking a visionary leader and strong manager with a passion for making a difference in the human rights of women, girls and trans people globally. The Director of Programmes will play a critical role in developing, implementing and articulating the vision and direction of Mama Cash’s programme strategies and initiatives. S/he will provide strategic and operational leadership of the Programme Team, promote innovation to respond to changing trends in the landscape of women’s rights movements, develop strategic alliances with peers in international philanthropy, and be a thought-leader around feminist social change and women’s human rights.

The Director of Programmes works as part of the Management Team to provide guidance and leadership for the organisation as a whole.

We are looking for an exceptional professional with at least 7 years work experience in the area of women’s rights or social justice with progressively increasing management responsibility and preference for experience with groups in the global south.
