Personality aspects we believe to be important for a right fit into the team include modesty, drive, perseverance and innovativeness.
These should be combined with strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills. An inquisitive mind with an ability to think “outside the box” is preferred. The gift to inspire and strategically manage a group of diverse, smart and highly motivated people is a requirement.
