Desired Skills

•Experience integrating CRM solutions with Microsoft SharePoint.

•.Net development experience

•Silverlight

•SQL Reporting Services

•Scribe Insight (Workbench and Console) and/or other data integration applications for CRM

Technical Competence: 8 -10 years overall IT experience

Should have 5 end to CRM implementation experience 5+ years in a project manager role

Hands on experience in CRM package implementation Desirable:

Experience of having managed vendor fixed price engagements

Person should have moved up the ranks, delivering projects in CRM – Microsoft Dynamics

Advantage working knowledge in ETL tools, Informatica, Ab Initio ,Data ware housing ,Data Mining & Business Intelligence.

Technical bent of mind towards learning and mentoring on new concepts and technologies to manage multi-technology programmes /projects.

Excellent project management skills and expert in MS Project desirable:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in computer science or related qualification
  • Project Management certification an asset

•Other related Microsoft technology certifications (SQL Server, SharePoint, PerformancePoint, Dynamics ERP, etc.) would be considered a nice to have. •Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (or higher) certifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • develop, maintain and efficiently execute project plans, throughout the successive stages of project development
  • create and manage time-lines for projects, organize activities, establish the sequence of execution for these activities, identify the needs and resources required
  • negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of a project
  • participate in the development of estimates; be responsible for working with team members to produce initial estimates and calculate the resources required to deliver the projects
  • be able to evaluate business opportunities related to assigned accounts
  • be able to comprehend procedures in calls for tender and requests for submissions
  • be able to establish and maintain good relations with superiors; have the necessary aptitude to resolve problems and manage projects
  • ensure that team members work together on agreed goals
  • achieve long-term goals, as well as short-term objectives, when developing customer accounts
  • respond to calls for tender and requests for submissions
  • manage the portfolios of assigned clients
  • monitor the growth of receipts and portfolios relative to assigned accounts
