About the Job:
SEEP is looking for a Director of the Association Development Community of Practice (CoP). S/he will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of specific learning initiative and capacity building programs for microfinance associations. The position will be based in Washington DC.

S/he will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of specific learning initiative and capacity building programs for microfinance associations. Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to conceptualize, produce, and disseminate practitioner-focused tools such as guides, briefs, and case studies in the areas of association development and association-led initiatives in responsible finance;
- Cultivate strategic alliances to support program design and implementation and to increase SEEP's visibility and presence in the industry and will support and maintain strong relationships with program/initiative partners and SEEP members.
