About the Job:
WWB is seeking proposals from an experienced consultant or team of consultants to develop a comprehensive strategy for WWB’s Gender Performance Initiative (GPI). The GPI framework defines and prioritizes key performance indicators to measure the implementation of good gender practice.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Leading the strategic planning process and developing a short-term and long-term strategy for the initiative;
- Environmental scan, implementation plan, evaluation framework, marketing and branding plan, and the prioritization of strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- Strong understanding of the microfinance industry and current and future trends, particularly related to social performance and monitoring and evaluation;
- Experience in business planning and strategy development;
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
