List if not exhaustive and is expected to grow as new initiatives are launched. • Central website enabling operational responders during an emergency. • Online humanitarian news and analysis service covering parts of the world often under reported, misunderstood or ignored. • Corporate Website – provides basic information on what our client is, what it does and where it works. Provide access to many of the organization’s information products and also serves as a gateway to our client’s family of websites. • Online gateway to information on humanitarian emergencies.
• Critical datasets that are used to support the work of humanitarian across multiple sectors. • Web based tool for distributed management of inputs to joint documents.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS Manages the daily activities and acts as primary point of contact for client.
Services in this role include leading the day-to-day management of client related issues. Acting as the interface between the project team and the client. Masters and maintains knowledge of client’s needs and latest industry news and trends. Monitors billing and collection process for accuracy and timeliness.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE o Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline. o Five (05) years’ experience in commercial grade client services and account management. o Strong working knowledge of running and managing multiple projects at once. o Strong analytical skills and project management skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Provides budget analysis, capacity planning, problem resolution and coordination of activities between client and staff. o Must have Teamwork, Planning, Organizing, Accountability, Creativity, Client Orientation, Commitment to continuous learning and Technological awareness.
LANGUAGES Excellent communication skills in English or French depending on the nature of work
