Communication and Dissemination of Learning from Joint UN initiative in North East
The purpose of this RFP is to select a suitable contractor to:
- Conceptualize a dissemination event at the end of the project in Dec 2013 for the Joint NE Initiative.
- To collate and finalize the knowledge products (material, studies, documents) from the Joint UN initiative in the Northeast, in hard and soft copies.
- To develop communication material and products for the International Conference on AIDS in Asia and Pacific (ICAAP).
- To develop communication material, products and support abstract submissions at the International AIDS Conference, (IAC) Melbourne.
Vendors are requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet UNAIDS India requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
