GRANT COMPLIANCE MANAGER

National Team for Accelerating Poverty Reduction (TNP2K)

Jakarta, Indonesia – AusAID funded Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF)

PRSF is a joint facility between AusAID and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.

GRM International is the Managing Contractor contracted by AusAID to manage the implementation of PRSF.

We are seeking a candidate to become the PRSF Grant Compliance Manager responsible for the management and oversight of all grants contracted under PRSF, ensuring due diligence, fiduciary risk assessments, and audit support of partner organizations financial management procedures.

Essential Criteria:

1. Degree in a relevant field (advanced degree is preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience of financial management and/or accounting experience
3. Proven experience in grant management and training and capacity development
4. Excellent presentational and writing skills
5. Proven record of strong client relations, with ability to work in sensitive situations, challenging policy environments, and within Government of Indonesia institutions/ministries
6. Fluency in Bahasa and English
