The role
We are currently seeking a talented Resident Engineer / Superintendent's Representative to work closely with our other specialists in our ACT office.
With a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, you will play a key role in:
- Fulfiling the role of Resident Engineer or Superintendent's Representative on Construction Projects, predominately road and earthworks related projects
- Liaising with designers during construction projects to solve problems
- Assisting design teams with tender documentation preparation
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and tenders
- Preparing and submiting reports to clients and staff as required
With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Chartered or Professional Engineering Registration preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position
- Background in the following areas: Road Construction, Site Supervision, Construction Management, Earthworks.
- Design experience will be favourably looked upon but is not essential.
