Our HR team is supporting the delivery of our mission by ensuring that we have the organisational agility we need to meet the challenges we face. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work in partnership with our managers to deliver a pro-active and responsive HR service and to successfully implement our people strategy.
You’ll build organisational and people capability through talent management, succession planning, performance management and coaching, as well as providing training and development support. You’ll give advice, support and guidance to managers on the full range of HR activities, with an emphasis on proactive intervention.
You must be CIPD qualified, with up-to-date knowledge of employment law and its interpretation. You will have a proven ability to establish credibility quickly with colleagues at all levels and have experience of leading on employee relations case work, restructures, policy development and pay reviews. Experience of working with a Charity/NGO would be an advantage but is not essential.
