The Data Analyst works under the supervision of the Clinical Programs Director to support NCCHCA and participating community health center efforts in the Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN). The HCCN will assist health centers in using Electronic Medical Records, the Data Warehouse and Analytics to improve the cost and quality of care and services. Monitoring and evaluation of the HCCN will include evaluation of the HCCN program as well as health centers' clinical and operational Quality Improvement. Primary targets are to ensure that health centers are effectively using the data warehouse and appropriate metrics, to assist health centers in achieving Patient Centered Medical Home status and to accomplish the necessary tasks to receive Meaningful Use payments. This position is funded through a three-year grant from the federal Health Resources and Services Administration. Continuation of this position beyond three year is dependent upon grant renewal.
